Hi, I'm Dan Edwards and Im a Fitness and Movement Coach and a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer.

Your age and ability is not important - I will work with you to overcome your obstacles and reach your goals. I will design a programme that works for you and fits around your lifestyle. I love being able to motivate and support people on their fitness journey, and aim to make a change in your life and unlock your potential!
